You can give an Activitygift voucher by heading to the Give section of our website.
Once you’re there you just follow the simple steps in order to personalise your leisure voucher by:
- adding your own photo (or choosing one of our own)
- writing a message
- adding a monetary value between £25 – £10,000
- choosing whether you’d prefer an eGift, physical gift card or a printable PDF
- paying for your gift card with your chosen payment method
Once your loved one has received their activity voucher, they can follow the instructions provided alongside it that directs them to our Redeem page. There they can browse thousands of unique experiences, add it to their basket and redeem their activity with the unique Activitygift voucher code.
Lucky enough to receive an Activitygift?
1. Head to our Redeem page where you can browse through thousands of incredible experiences in the UK and abroad.
2. Once you’ve spotted the one for you, add it to your basket and pay for your activity using your unique activity voucher code.
3. If your activity is less than your voucher’s monetary value, the amount will stay on your gift card for 2 years so that you can use it on another activity. If your activity costs more than your gift card’s value, you can pay the extra cost with a payment method of your choice, making our activity vouchers super flexible!
4. Look out for your activity booking confirmation email that should arrive in your inbox within 5 minutes. If you haven’t received it, check your spam before contacting our friendly customer service team who will be happy to help you.

The expiry date of your code cannot be extended but it can be used for a booking 8-9 months ahead. This depends on the availability shared by our activity suppliers.

It is currently not possible to redeem several gift cards for one booking on our website. But if you contact our customer service, they can help you redeem multiple vouchers for one booking manually.
There’s no need to activate your Activitygift; simply make a booking with your activity voucher using our booking engine and enter your voucher code during checkout.
All codes have a 24-hour hold period after purchase before the code can be used. If your activity voucher still appears to be deactivated after this window, we recommend contacting our customer service for support.
Your activity voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase giving you plenty of time to choose your dream gift experience.
It’s not possible to add additional funds to your Activitygift. However, you can use it to book an experience that’s more expensive than the gift card’s value by covering the additional cost with the payment method of your choice.
If you have a remaining amount on your Activitygift, you can use it for another booking. If the booking is more expensive than the value of my Activitygift, you can pay any additional cost at the checkout using your chosen payment method.

Upon completing the booking process, you will see a confirmation page with your booking details. You will also receive a confirmation email to the email address provided.
If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please send us an email with your booking details. Note that an admin fee applies for cancellation and change requests and it varies depending on the activity organiser’s policy.
If your activity is cancelled by the organiser, please contact our Customer Success team. Please note that any refund procedure can take up to 30 days from the day of cancellation. All refunds are returned to the gift card used to make the booking.
Activity modifications can either be made directly with the activity organiser or, if this is not possible, through our Customer Success team.

The recipient’s name field is a required field when creating an Activitygift card. However, if you don’t know who the recipient will be yet (for example, if the voucher is a raffle prize) you can be creative with the name, depending on which delivery method you select:
- 1. Email: Use an alternative name, such as, ‘For the winner’.
- 2. Printable PDF: You could fill in a series of dots and write their name after printing, e.g. ‘……………..’
