- Opening times: Tuesday-Friday 10.00am-6.00pm, Saturday-Sunday 10.00am-5.00pm
- On Good Friday and Ascension Day, open till 5.00pm. On 24 and 31 December, open till 2.00pm
- Closed on 1 and 2 January, Easter Monday, Whit Monday, 1 August, 1 November, 25 and 26 December

- Insight into the chocolate production from Tuesday to Friday (except bank holidays)
- Infants (age 0-5) enter for free
- Dogs are not permitted at the museum
- Cloakroom with lockers available
- Go on your own Discovery tour with an Audio-App

- Museum is suitable for wheelchairs and prams/pushchairs
