Know in advance:
- Tour available in English. Audio tour is available in multiple languages.
- Departure times will be sent by email two days prior. The tour operator will assign your time
- Alcatraz time slot will be assigned randomly by the local supplier as early as 8.30 am or as late as 3.50 pm
- The ferry boat departs back each hour to the mainland
- The lunch credit must be used on the same day. It is not valid at Alcatraz Pier 33 or the boat
- The restaurant is assigned and guests will be responsible for any additional food charges
REFUND POLICY
Receive a 100% refund if you cancel up to 14 days before the experience begins.
