- The general admission ticket entitles you to a one time visit of the Observation Deck
- Please arrive within a 30 minute window of your scheduled time ticket
- Please note that 360 CHICAGO will not issue refunds for low visibility and /or circumstances outside the attraction's control
- This ticket is your voucher. It allows you to skip the ticket desk line and head directly to the security check point
- Last entry is 1 hour prior to closing
- Unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund nor can we change or cancel your booking for this particular product, due to our partner's policy. This includes refunds for inclement weather, low visibility, or purchasing for the incorrect attraction
