Please meet at the Tourist Information Ticket Booth/Police Box, located outside of the Bank of Scotland. This is on the opposite side of the road to Deacon Brodies Tavern.

- The vaults and the tour content can cause genuine distress. Please join the tour at your own discretion
- Please wear comfortable walking shoes
- Please note that this tour is unfortunately not suitable for those with walking limitations, as due to the historic nature of the site there are no lifts or ramps available at our location and guests must enter the vaults by climbing a 2-foot tall step followed by a winding staircase
- Children under 12 years old aren't permitted on this tour
- Tours will be limited to 16 people to allow for social distancing. Starting from 1st May 2022, the limited will be 36 people
- Animals are not allowed except for assistance animals such as guide dogs
- The vaults and the tour content can cause genuine distress. Please join the tour at your own discretion
- Consuming alcohol or drugs during the tour is strictly forbidden
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be turned away
