- A waiver must be signed by all passengers
- Passengers who fail to arrive and check in at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time may have their tour duration reduced or considered a 'no show', with no refund
- The customer that paid for this booking must be present at the time of the flight with ID
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must let the local operator know at least 24 hours prior to your booking time in order to avoid a rescheduling/cancellation fee
- The flight is subject to favourable weather conditions
- Flight route might change unannounced due to air traffic reasons

- It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes, no high heels or flip-flops
