Accessibility:
- Unfortunately, the entrance lift is currently out of order which may affect any visitors requiring accessibility access
Know in advance:
- Please check your inbox for a follow-up email from The Beatles Story, which contains the venue ticket that you must present upon arrival
- All visitors must book a timeslot for their visit, which will be allocated every 15 minutes. You may face a wait time upon arrival, should there be no availability on your booked timeslot
The local partner welcomes visitors daily, except on:
Christmas Day (25 December)
- Boxing Day (26 December)
Please note that opening and closing times are subject to change. The local partner strongly recommends checking the official calendar before visiting to confirm the latest schedule
Exhibition Opening Times from March 2026 – September 2026: Daily: 9:00 – 18:30. Last entry: 17:00
There is no cloakroom or storage space for luggage at The Beatles Story. Please keep this in mind when planning your visit
Infants (0-4) get free admission and do not require a ticket
- These are entrance tickets with an audio guide available in 11 languages: English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Russian, Japanese, Polish, Mandarin, Brazilian Portuguese and Korean
Remember to bring:
- Please bring your own earphones or headphones to use with the audio media guides
Accessibility:
- Unfortunately, the entrance lift is currently out of order. The exhibition can only be accessed via steps
- Guide dogs are permitted inside The Beatles Story
