Know in advance:
- You will need to give a valid ID or passport to the museum palace officials to be able to receive the audio guide. Your ID or passport will be given back to you at the exit
- The highlights tour duration with English-speaking guide lasts for about 15 minutes. Afterwards, you can stay inside the museums as long as you want until the closing time
- With your guide, you will skip the ticket lines but not the security line. During high season the security check can take up to 30 minutes so please arrive earlier than the indicated start time
- Infants (age 0-2): free admission
