Not allowed:

• Purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft
• To ensure passenger and crew safety, the use of selfie sticks is strictly prohibited in and around the aircraft

Extra fees to be paid on-site:

• Passengers exceeding 300 pounds (136.36kg / 21.43 stone) will be charged a fee from $50 to $300 for an additional comfort seat

Know in advance:

• Please confirm your pickup time and location with the local operator. You'll find the contact details in the voucher after booking
• All helicopter passengers will be weighed at the time of check-in
• All tours are flown on state-of-the-art Airbus helicopters. Aircraft are assigned on day of travel and cannot be guaranteed
• Due to aircraft weight restrictions, assigned seats cannot be guaranteed. Passengers will receive their seat assignments after the check in process
• Children under 2 years old can be a lap child, free of charge
• No-shows will be charged in full with no refund
